Day 01: Arrival at Srinagar - Transfer to Kargil:- On arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet & greet by a representative of “Chutir Hawa” and drive towards Sonamarg (90KM). On arrival at Sonamarg, visit- Thajjwas Glacier. Later transfer to Kargil. En-route visit– Zoji La Pass, Zero Point & Kargil War Memorial at Drass. Dinner and overnight stay in Kargil.
Day 02: Kargil– LOC – Aryan Village:- Today after breakfast, proceed to visit LOC / Kargil Border. Further we proceed to Aryan Village- Long long ago the great king Alexander came to the Indus valley to conquer it. He spread his kingdom and went home but left behind few of his clansmen who settled in Ladakh. They are known as last Aryans and they still live on as the last Aryan village in India.
Day 03: Kargil to Leh:- After breakfast transfer to Leh. Enroute, you can visit – Mulbekh Monastery, Namkila Top, Fatula Top, Lamayuru Monastery, Sangam Valley (confluence of Indus & Zanskar rivers), Magnetic Hill / Point, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Leh Town. And also become familiar with the high-altitude climate. Check in the Hotel upon arrival. In the evening, explore Leh market for Shopping. Dinner and Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 04: Leh to Nubra Valley:- After breakfast, proceed for Nubra Valley, driving across - Khardong-la Top (alt: 18,380 ft). After descending from the pass, visit Sumoor area and Samstaling Gompa, / explore Deskit, River Rafting Point At Khalsar, Hundar and the Sand Dunes where you can enjoy a short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here. Later check into a fixed Camp / Swiss Tent in the same area for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 05: Nubra Valley to Turtuk – Thang to Nubra Valley:- Today transfer to Turtuk village which was first opened for the tourists in the year 2010, while visiting Turtuk we see Thoise Airport (Military Airfield), then we visit Turtuk wooden bridge, Turtuk monastery. later walk through Baltic village. Further we visit Thang village (Subject to operation) - Northern most last village at LOC. Here we take a photo stop at LOC point. Return back to Nubra Valley. Enjoy dinner & overnight stay in Nubra valley.
Day 06: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake:- After a delicious breakfast, drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok Village crossing Durbuk and Tangste. finally arrive The beautiful Pangong Lake. After a full day leisure around the Lake, check-in at the fixed tented camp near the lake at Spangmik or drive back for 30 kms to Tangtse for check into the Hotel / Resort / Luxury Tent. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Pangong.
Day 07: Pangong to Leh:- Today after breakfast, drive to Leh after following the same route. Visit- Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery & Stok Palace Museum. If time permits, post lunch drive to visit - Hall of Fame, Kali Mata (Temple of Guardians in Spituk Monastery). Back to the hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 08: Leh Leisure:- After a sumptuous breakfast, visit- Hall of Fame, Kali Mata (Temple of Guardians in Spituk Monastery). Back to the hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 09: Departure from Leh:- After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to the Leh Airport for your return journey.
