After a traditional lunch that embraces the local flavors, gear up for the thrilling Jaldapara Safari. Starting from Salkumar Hat Gate, the jeep safari takes you deep into the heart of Jaldapara National Park, famous for its population of the majestic Indian One-Horned Rhinoceros. As the sun begins to set (15:30 - 17:00), witness the serene beauty of the forest, alive with the sounds of nature and sightings of elephants, leopards, and an array of bird species. This unforgettable wildlife experience sets the tone for the days to come.

Day 2: STROLL BY THE SISHAMARA RIVER & CHILAPATA JUNGLE SAFARI :- Wake up to the melodic calls of birds, and after a hearty breakfast, take a refreshing stroll along the Sishamara River. This calm and scenic river flows right beside the cottage, offering a tranquil start to your day. The serene surroundings and flowing waters provide a peaceful retreat for nature lovers and an excellent opportunity to connect with the local environment.
After lunch, embark on the Chilapata Jungle Safari. The Chilapata Forest (Approx. 30 km from Jaldapara | Duration: 1 hour) is a dense and mysterious jungle that once served as a corridor for elephants traveling between the forests of Bhutan and Jaldapara. The jeep safari takes you through dense foliage, where you might encounter wild boars, bison, and various exotic bird species. The thick canopy and hidden pathways create an almost otherworldly experience, immersing you in the untamed wilderness.
Return to the cottage for a well-deserved dinner and relax under the starry night sky, reflecting on the day’s adventures.

Day 3: DEPARTURE FROM JALDAPARA :- After a relaxed breakfast, bid farewell to the captivating Dooars region. Check out of the jungle cottage and proceed to Falakata Railway Station (Approx. 30 km to Falakata Railway Station | Duration: 1 hour) for your onward journey, carrying memories of the vibrant wildlife and tranquil moments spent in the lap of nature.
